Shi Yun’s primary areas of practice are commercial, corporate and intellectual property. She is experienced in handling a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions, including share subscriptions, share purchases, asset acquisitions and disposals, investment / joint venture and due diligence. She also advises on the formation and cessation of business entities as well as organisations, corporate governance, compliance and employment.

Shi Yun’s practice includes both contentious and non-contentious IP across numerous industries. Her experience extends to trade mark and design registration, searches, trade mark opposition, copyright disputes and advisory work in IP strategy and commercial IP transactions.

Shi Yun also assists in advising high-net worth individuals and families on wealth and estate planning in Singapore.
