Successfully represented beneficiaries to obtain a declaration that the terms of a will overrode the right of survivorship in the High Court ([2023] SGHC 314) and successfully defended the appeal in the Court of Appeal before a Court of Three Judges ([2025] SGCA 20) which involved arguments on the applicability of Privy Council case law in Singapore.
Successfully represented a creditor in a High Court claim for a high value personal loan made to his friend which involved related litigation in the Chinese Courts.
Represented a client in a probate related matter to obtain a caveat against the Estate as a creditor and citation for deemed renunciation in the Family Justice Courts.
Represented clients to reseal foreign Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration by liaising with overseas partner firms and providing cross-border advice to clients.
Advised and represented clients in contested divorces and ancillary proceedings, nullity proceedings, maintenance proceedings, personal protection orders, estate and probate application and disputes in the Family Justice Court.
